Our Healthcare Services

Our Team of friendly Community Care Workers receive excellent quality training through our exclusive Goshen World Ltd Training. They receive additional in-depth training for specific health conditions, such as Dementia or Parkinson’s, Eating disorders, Mental Health, Learning Disability, ADH, Autism, so they have the knowledge to manage symptoms.

By offering tailored Community Transition Services, we aim to minimise hospital stays and delays, while assisting individuals in their pursuit of greater independence.

The teams provide support, including home based assessments and treatment, for a wide range of mental and physical health issues and learning disabilities. They are based in local communities so that they can be accessed easily and quickly and are integrated or work closely with GP Surgeries and the County Council in order to provide joint health and social care.
